Wishing Well serves adults with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and lifelong learning while providing an environment that adapts to the individual needs of each participant.

Our primary service is a full-time year-round day training program located at our facility in Frankfort, Illinois.

When a person with disabilities turns 22 years of age, he or she is no longer afforded a free and appropriate public education from the state of Illinois. This "aging out" of the public school system leaves parents and/or guardians with difficult decisions to make regarding the continuation of care, learning and enrichment of the lives of their dependents with disabilities. In 2003, Wishing Well was born out of a necessity to serve these individuals.

Our program offers a variety of activities that foster the ability of our participants to be active members of the community.
